Mr. Prashanta Bagale is an accomplished and qualified engineering educator with seven years of experience in the field of civil engineering education. Prashant’s educational background and qualifications are impressive, including a Master’s degree in Construction management from IOE, Pulchowk Campus, Tribhuvan University, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Sagarmatha Engineering College, Tribhuvan University.

Mr. Bagale has gained valuable experience in academia, having working as a Senior Lecturer at Sagarmatha Engineering College in Sanepa, Lalitpur since April 2017.Since joining this organization he has played an important role in improving the organization working in different positions like Project Co-ordinator and Deputy Head of Department. He also worked as a Camp Coordinator several times during Survey Camp for the Civil III year students as well as has been providing Autocad Training at Sagarmatha Engineering College. He has been teaching courses such as Surveying I, Surveying II, Transportation Engineering, Building Technology, Engineering Professional Practice, Project Engineering, etc.

Prior to that, he had worked as a Wash Engineer in IDS Nepal contributing in the field of water supply and sanitation in different villages of Makwanpur District. In addition, he has been actively involved in different Building construction projects working as a Director in Axis Engineering And Management Services Pvt. Ltd. He is also a well experienced Property Valuator and he has been working as a Property Valuator in association with different Commercial Banks.

His passion for engineering education is evident from his diverse background in academia. His commitment to teaching and training engineering students is highlighted by his extensive employment experience as an educator in esteemed educational institutions.
