Sagarmatha College of Science & Technology
With a view to providing world-class education in Science and Technology, Sagarmatha College of Science and Technology was established in 2011 under the affiliation of Tribhuvan University. Dedicated to delivering quality education in Computer Science and Information Technology, the college offers two four-year bachelor’s programs:
– B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc. CSIT)
– Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).
These programs are designed for students aspiring to become professionals in the IT field. Emphasizing that these programs are “No less than engineering,” the course structures are recently updated, definitive, and purposeful, further enriched by being part of an engineering college.
Sagarmatha National College (SNC), a sister concern of Sagarmatha Engineering College – T.U., was established in 2014 to provide world-class, skill-oriented short-term professional and vocational courses. As an approved center for BTEC Qualifications from Pearson Edexcel, UK, SNC offers internationally recognized qualifications such as BTEC Level 3 in IT and BTEC-Management Leadership Level 5, which are accepted globally for credit transfer. Additionally, SNC is accredited by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in Nepal. With a team experienced in managing educational institutions in Nepal, the UK, and the USA, SNC is dedicated to offering affordable, high-quality courses to all learners.
