Er. Subash Dhakal is a highly qualified and experienced civil engineer with a profound passion for teaching and research. With over 8 years of expertise in the field of Hydrology and Hydropower engineering, he has significantly contributed to understanding and solving the complexities of hydrological analysis and hydrologic modeling, particularly in data-scarce regions such as Nepal.
His professional journey initiated from devastating Gorkha Earthquake in 2015, where he worked tirelessly for more than 3.5 years, providing crucial support to earthquake-affected communities. In addition to his fieldwork, Er. Dhakal has made substantial contributions to academia as a Senior Lecturer at Sagarmatha Engineering College. His role as an academician is complemented by his certification as a TFI (Training for Instructor) graduate, which underscores his dedication to effective teaching methodologies. At Sagarmatha Engineering College, he continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of engineers, fostering a learning environment that bridges the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world applications.
