ADMISSION PROCEDURES

- Make sure that you have been listed in the admission list published by the college
- Visit the college and fill up the admission form along with following documents:

  • IoE Entrance Score Card (original)
  • Citizenship certificate (copy)
  • Character certificate and mark sheet of SEE or equivalent (copy)
  • Character certificate and mark sheet of +2 or equivalent (copy)
  • Two passport sized photos of Applicant
  • Passport sized photos of each parents and local guardian

- Get the “confirmation page” from the college and verify it from Centralized Admission Portal.
- Important Dates:

  • First Admission List Publication: 9th Bhadra, 2076
  • Claim on First Admission List: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM 9th Bhadra, 2076
  • Updated First Admission List Publication: 10:00 AM 10th Bhadra, 2076
  • Admission from First list: 15th Bhadra, 2076 to 16th Bhadra, 2076
  • Second Admission List Publication: 21st Bhadra, 2076
  • Claim on Second Admission List: 21st Bhadra, 2076
  • Updated Second Admission List Publication: 21st Bhadra, 2076
  • Admission from Second list: 22nd Bhadra, 2076 to 23rd Bhadra, 2076

PROGRAM SWITCHING
- You should have filled program priority during application.
- You will automatically be eligible for shifting to other program of your higher priority, if your entrance score is sufficient to get you listed in subsequent admission lists.


COLLEGE SWITCHING
- You should cancel your admission at the admitted college and take new admission atanother college, if you wish to switch college.
- College will deduct cancellation charge as per the guideline provided by IoE.


ADMISSION CANCELLATION
- As per IoE Entrance Information and Guidelines, you can cancel your admission at any time.
- You are required to give application to the college for cancellation of your admission.
